How to order books once I find them?
Once you have found your book through the menu ‘book listing’ or ‘category’ links, you will find ‘Add to cart’ button. Just click on the “Add to Cart” button. This button is usually present for the books which are not out of print, or else ‘Not Available’ is mentioned in the place. Each time you want to add new book after adding, you can click, ‘continue shopping’ button. Once you have decided about the books you wish to order, just click on the “Proceed to next step” button on your Shopping Cart page. You will then be required to fill out an online order form.
What is Shopping Cart?
Shopping Cart holds all your books that you pick from our online store. It retains these books till you proceed to place an order for these books. Or you simply remove them from the Cart.
How can I access my Shopping Cart?
You can access your shopping Cart by by logging into my account section.
Do I have to buy a book once I add it to my Shopping Cart?
No. You are not charged for any book until you place an order for it. You can also review and edit your order before submitting it finally. But once you submit your order, it’s final.
Shipping information
We try to ship all orders within two to four business days. Tracking numbers, will be sent by whatsapp or sms on the day of the shipping to the mobile number provided by the customer. Packages shipped by us are not insured against loss or damage.
We ship on all week days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays. We dispatch all our products through Courier or by Indian post.
Depending on the product availability, few orders might take more than 7-8 days to ship. Customers will be contacted by e-mail / mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product in time.
Cancellation Information
How can I return the Books?
Books once dispatched cannot be returned back, until you get wrong book or damaged (torn) books. The complaint for replacement against the wrong or damaged books can be sent within 5 days of order delivery, after this period the same will not be applicable.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
How can I cancel an order?
You can always cancel an order before shipment against the order. In case of cancellation, you can send us a mail subjected Cancellation with order number at books@merven.org or you can call us for the same. Order once dispatched, will not be cancelled.
How can I get the refund against the cancelled order?
We will not be charging for you against the titles we are unable to service the order. The amount against the cancelled title either will be refund to you or that will be credited in your account.
Merven Technologies retains the rights to examine whether the books returned is defective/damaged and based on the verification Merven Technologies will either reship/replace/refund the Book to the customer.
About Complaints
Any complaints regarding non delivery/missing pages in book/incorrect item delivered/missing items in order delivered (In short any type of complaint) will be entertained only within 15 days from the order date. We will not be able to cater any complaints after 15 days from the delivery of books date. Please email us at books@merven.org in case of any complaint or you can call us for the same.

Online Payment FAQ
If we do not ship you the book and capture the said amount within 12 days, the transaction automatically evaporates from the payment gateway system on the 13th day and the amount debited is restored to your payment method. We cannot block the amount of your card forever.
What is the sequence of events that occur after an order is placed?
After a you place an order, we immediately send an order confirmation to your E-mail address and SMS. This can also be used as an invoice or receipt, if you choose to print the E-mail message.
Payment gateway system processes the orders in real time. Occasionally, an order may take longer than four to six hours to process, depending on the payment gateway computer systems, and whether the issuing bank requests special authorization procedures. Sometimes payment gateway may also require you to undergo manual authorization. (Manual authorization is very rare case for normal transactions)
Do I receive a message confirming that an order was shipped?
We send a message when the order is shipped; however, we also include an estimate of the date, when the order will arrive to you.
